No response for simple task or FW update

How you guys consider your company a well renowned when you can’t responds to simple task of FW update. I just bought a new Inverter and I am worried if I got a serious problem how much time you guys will take to resolve or even confused what you guys will do in this journey. My ticket number is 666120
