Wrong numbers in sems portal

Hello, since a few month ago I see wrong numbers in the sems portal app. For that I made a ticket here two months (!!) ago but it's still open ... The consumption of production enegry is wrong. When I take the total numbers for inhouse used energy and sell energy I don't have the same number as the topic number "consumption production" ....
