from the sems plus app I can't read any data from my system I only read that it's offline, what am I doing wrong and what can I do? then if it's possible to see the system's activity even when you're away from home

  Did you get an answer ? Our inverter went offline on its own and we didn’t change anything on the configuration

  Same problem here with our inverter. Most I’m being told is could be modem problem on Goodwe end. Anyone else finding answers??

  Yes so I found the answer for mine .
  In my router settings under the catégorie wireless I had to turn off « Router steering » then I turn the inverter fully off while I am rebooting my router and also turn off the inverter at the switch board. Wait a minute and restart from switch then inverter . It will fix the issue
