Dear Customer,
Your inverter is currently in the ‘waiting’ status. We are able to observe this remotely due to the active network connection between your inverter and your modem/router.
(If there is not yet an active internet connection, we would still kindly ask you to check the following.)
From our experience, this issue is often caused by the Remote Shutdown connector not being connected to the inverter. This is the connector with a green wire (approx. 3 cm) that is looped at the bottom. You can find this connector in the separate small box that was included inside the inverter’s main packaging.
We kindly ask you to install (or have someone install) this connector.
Please ensure the inverter is powered off before installing the connector.
Also, please verify that the green wire is securely fastened to the connector itself.
Installation location:
Please refer to the yellow arrow in the attached image, indicating where the connector should be placed — between the black Wi-Fi module and the AC/power cable.
We have attached photos of the small box containing the connector, as well as the connector itself, to assist you.
