Hello, I have a problem, there are two inverters GW8K-ET and controller SEC1000S. After connecting the inverters without the controller, everything works fine, I manage to connect to the SolarGo apps. When I connect the inverter to the controller, I can no longer connect to SolarGo, an error is thrown (this inverter is not compatible with SolarGo). Where could the problem be? I tried to connect them one by one, but the problem remains and cannot find inverter in promate program
